Pundulmurra tafe
MMB Electrical Services delivered a complete integrated mechanical, electrical and building management system (BMS) installation as part of the Pundulmurra TAFE expansion in Port Hedland. We successfully integrated complex HVAC systems, critical field devices and advanced control infrastructures across multiple facilities. seamless coordination with existing systems and compliance with Department of Training and Workforce Development standards.
Balga TAFE Dust Hoppers
This project required replacement of four dust hoppers. Decommission existing dust hoppers. Complete electrical installation for four new dust hoppers including supply and installation of four new dust hopper distribution boards
Watertown foodcourt
MMB Electrical Services was engaged to deliver mechanical electrical works and BMS field installation as an upgrade to modernise the busy food court precinct. We installed a new Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB) and undertook extensive power and control cabling for rooftop equipment and the integration of ventilation systems. We also expanded the BMS control systems to integrate Distech ECY-series BACnet controllers and interface. Our work aimed at improving energy efficiency and supporting tenancy flexibility and occupancy.
ESA New Norcia
MMB worked with ESA to engineer Mechanical Electrical and Controls installation. Upgrade of existing Mechanical Services switchboard and siemens BMS system and integration to existing and new air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Cuballing Feed Mill
MMB Electrical Services was engaged to deliver the complete mechanical electrical, and building management system (BMS) installation to support critical ventilation, air conditioning, and process operations across the site. MMB Electrical custom-built panels for the MCC and TEF to support fail-safe operations alongside developing smart control sequences for HVAC performance, fault detection, and duty cycling.
Catholic homes Belmont
MMB Electrical Services was engaged to deliver the complete mechanical, electrical, and Building Management System (BMS) installation for the Catholic Homes aged care facility in Belmont. The project supported operations across residential, communal, and utility areas, with power and control wiring for over 160 VRV units and various mechanical ventilation systems. MMB implemented a robust controls strategy via a custom mechanical services switchboard and a Reliable Controls BACnet BMS, enabling live monitoring, trend logging, alarms, and both remote and local access, tailored to meet the demands of a live aged care environment.
Salvado Christian College
Salvado Christian College required Mechanical Electrical and controls installation including the supply and installation of two Mechanical services switchboard and Reliable controls DDC control interfaced to air conditioning and ventilation equipment including a central relief air system controlled via weather station/ambient conditions interlocked with AC units and motorised damper motors throughout the building.
Aranmore Catholic College
Our team completed Mechanical Electrical Installation including supply and installation of Mechanical services switchboard and Ambient lockout control panel integrating to Air conditioning unit manufacturers proprietary controls.
South Regional TAFE
MMB supplied South Regional TAFE Mechanical Electrical and BMS system installation. Supply and installation of four Mechanical Services Switchboards and Reliable Controls BMS system integrated to Daikin VRV systems and Ventilation equipment.
Murray District Hospital
MMB Electrical Services was engaged to deliver the full mechanical and electrical controls scope to support a modern building management system tailored for healthcare operations. Responsibilities included the disconnection and removal of legacy power and control cabling, followed by the installation of new circuits and control wiring from a purpose-built Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB) to enhance system safety and compliance.
Waste to energy Plant
Project required Mechanical Electrical installation. Supply three Mechanical Services Switchboards and interface controls to Wall split systems, outside air systems, workshop evaporative coolers and minor exhaust fans.
North Metro Tafe East Perth
MMB Electrical Services was engaged to carry out the electrical and BMS works to modernise the fume extraction system and integrate monitoring functionality into the campus-wide Building Management System. New circuits were installed for power and control, alongside an emergency stop functionality that was upgraded to suit new layouts. MMB Electrical provided these upgrades with minimal disruption to the operational facility.
RPH C Block Ward 2K
MMB Electrical Services delivered the complete mechanical electrical installation and BMS field works for the refurbishment of Ward 2K at Royal Perth Hospital. Operating within a live healthcare environment, the project demanded a high level of coordination, compliance, and technical precision. MMB designed, manufactured, and installed a new mechanical services switchboard that powered all major HVAC systems, including an air handling unit, fan coil units, exhaust systems, and heating water equipment.
